Kids Fitness Coach & Birthday Party Host - My Gym Glastonbury
About The Position
My Gym Glastonbury is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Kids Fitness Coaches and Birthday Party Hosts. This role offers a dynamic work environment where no two shifts are the same. You will lead children's fitness, gymnastics, and movement classes for ages 6 months to 10 years, and host/MC birthday parties and special events. The position involves building relationships with families and representing My Gym at community events. Both part-time and full-time positions are available, with a pay rate of $20/hr. Friday availability is required, along with one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Requirements
- Friday availability required
- One weekend day availability (Saturday or Sunday)
Nice To Haves
- Experience in coaching, sports, dance, gymnastics, or martial arts
- Experience in theater, performance, or improv
- Experience in teaching, childcare, or youth programming
- Naturally lights up around kids
Responsibilities
- Lead kids' fitness, gymnastics, and movement classes (ages 6 months–10 years)
- Host and MC birthday parties and special events
- Build relationships with families
- Represent My Gym at community and mobile programs
