About The Position

My Gym Newton is looking for someone who wants to spend their days making kids laugh, move, and feel celebrated, through movement classes, gymnastics games, and birthday parties. The role involves bringing energy, running the room, and being a memorable figure for children.

Requirements

• Get energy FROM being around kids, not drained by it
• Can walk into a room of 4-year-olds and own it in five seconds flat
• Show up reliably, every shift, with the same good energy
• No My Gym experience needed. We train you from day one, fully paid.

Nice To Haves

• Come from dance, gymnastics, coaching, theater, or early childhood, or you're just naturally that person

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy movement and gymnastics classes for kids 6 weeks–10 years
• MC birthday parties and special events
• Build real relationships with the families who show up week after week
• Keep the space clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Pitch in on tours, walk-ins, and front desk when needed
