About The Position

The Kids Events Supervisor enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. This role manages and implements engaging, safe, fun, and entertaining activities and games for children during Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs. The position also supports a welcoming experience for members and guests, maintains a safe and healthy environment for children, oversees operational documentation and cleaning checklists, promotes Kids programs and services, and provides team member feedback and coaching.

Requirements

• Complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before the first day of work.
• Obtain First Aid certification and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification within the first 60 days of hire.
• Complete all state or federal requirements before the first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage children in interactive activities, including storytelling, organized arts and crafts, singing, and games.
• Monitor and interact with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment, considering toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings.
• Maintain operational documentation and audit and delegate cleaning checklists and staffing.
• Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services.
• Complete Team Member Evaluations and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
