About The Position
My Gym Newton is hiring part-time coaches to lead gymnastics and movement classes for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years and host birthday parties and special events. Coaches help build relationships with returning families, keep the gym safe, clean, and ready for each class, and assist with tours, walk-ins, and front desk duties when needed. The role offers $20–$21 per hour, fully paid training, and flexible part-time hours, including weekday mornings, afternoons, and weekend parties. Additional hours may be picked up. Start dates are available this month.
Requirements
- Love working with children and have energy to match theirs.
- Be able to lead a group of toddlers with a smile and a strong voice.
- Be reliable and ready to work each shift.
- No prior My Gym experience is required; training is provided.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or a background in dance, gymnastics, cheer, sports, theater, teaching, or childcare, or a naturally outgoing disposition.
