About The Position
My Gym Newton is hiring a part-time Kids Coach and Birthday Party Host to lead gymnastics and movement classes for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years and host birthday parties and special events. The role involves building relationships with returning families, keeping the gym safe and clean, and helping with tours, walk-ins, and front desk duties when needed. The position pays $20–$21 per hour and includes fully paid training. Scheduling includes weekday mornings, including Fridays, afternoons, and weekend parties, with opportunities to pick up extra hours. Start dates are available this month, and the company is currently interviewing.
Requirements
- Love being around children and have energy to match theirs.
- Be able to lead a group of toddlers with a smile and a big voice.
- Show up reliably for every shift, ready to work.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in dance, gymnastics, cheer, sports, theater, teaching, or childcare, or a naturally engaging personality with children.
- No prior My Gym experience is required; training is provided.
Responsibilities

- Host and emcee birthday parties and special events.
