About The Position

My Gym Children's Fitness is hiring weekend party hosts and street team members in Wellesley, Massachusetts. The role involves hosting birthday parties for children ages 1–10 at the gym and representing My Gym at community events. No experience is required; paid training is provided. This is a year-round, part-time position, with weekend shifts and flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Bring energy and enjoy being around children.
• Be outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with parents.
• Be punctual and ready to work.
• Be able to stay upbeat while on your feet for a few hours at a time.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in childcare, entertainment, events, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Host children's birthday parties for ages 1–10, leading games, music, parachute play, and cake time.
• Keep parents relaxed and children engaged from arrival through departure.
• Represent My Gym at local fairs, farmers markets, festivals, school events, and other community events.
• Hand out information, lead activities at the event booth, and invite families to try a free class.
• Help with setup and cleanup to ensure parties and events run smoothly.
