About The Position
My Gym Stamford, powered by Momentum Enterprises, is seeking an energetic, dependable coach to lead children’s classes, camps, games, and birthday parties. The role involves creating a safe, fun, and structured environment for children, building strong relationships with families, and providing a positive customer experience. The coach will also assist with tours, new enrollments, light front desk tasks, community events, and off-site programs. Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow into full-time and leadership roles, including a pathway into the company’s upcoming Preschool Prep Program.
Requirements
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- Flexible schedule covering mornings, afternoons, and/or weekends; Fridays are required.
Nice To Haves
- Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, or coaching.
- Interest in early childhood or preschool teaching.
