About The Position
The Keyholder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role models strong customer service and sales behaviors, using coaching and mentoring skills to help the sales team provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service and meet sales and customer service targets. The Keyholder handles start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This role is presented as an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to gain supervisory experience and develop a career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
