About The Position

UNTUCKit is seeking a part-time Keyholder for its store in Buford, Georgia. The Keyholder has working knowledge of the brand and its products and provides exceptional customer service while helping motivate associates and maintain an engaging, cohesive store environment. The position includes executing training, supporting sales, maintaining the sales floor and stock room, and opening and closing the store. Hours may vary.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service focus.
Ability to work alone in the store.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
High school degree.

Nice To Haves

Prior management experience.
A BA/BS degree.

Maintain the stock room.
Open and close the store.
Actively maintain a tidy sales floor.
Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.
Cross-sell products.
Work with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Contribute to brand decisions by sharing customer feedback and observations.
