About The Position

UNTUCKit is seeking a part-time Keyholder for its store in Buford, Georgia. The role involves motivating and engaging associates, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales, and maintaining store operations. The Keyholder should understand UNTUCKit products and values and help create a fun, relaxed shopping environment. Hours may vary.

Requirements

Prior management experience.
Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service focus.
Ability to work alone in the store.
Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
High school degree.

Nice To Haves

BA/BS degree.

Execute UNTUCKit University training and participate in daily chat-in activities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Create a fun, relaxed environment where customers feel comfortable shopping.
Maintain the stock room and keep the sales floor tidy.
Open and close the store.
Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options.
Cross-sell products.
Work with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
Provide customer feedback and observations to inform brand decisions.
