About The Position

The KeyBank Enterprise Analyst Program is a multi-week training program designed to help recent graduates transition into full-time careers at Key. It offers insights into Key's business, strategic pillars, and employee benefits, along with networking events and executive leadership engagement. Upon completion, Analysts join their respective Line of Business, either starting a rotational program or their full-time role. The program emphasizes continued development through mentorship, fostering shared learning, professional growth, and career goal achievement. The Finance/Accounting Rotational Analyst program specifically aims to cultivate diverse, high-performing future leaders in Finance and Accounting through in-depth training, varied job assignments, networking, and leader interaction. Benefits include a supportive peer community, accelerated early-career exposure, development opportunities, mentorship, and robust feedback mechanisms. Rotational analysts will develop both soft and hard skills to become trusted financial partners. Following initial Enterprise Analyst Program training, finance analysts receive one week of finance-specific training and then complete four six-month rotations (24 months total) across various Key finance areas such as financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, corporate strategy, investor relations, line of business finance, finance enablement, and controllership/accounting. The program's objective is to consistently produce high-performing, diverse, and long-tenured future leaders for the Finance organization. Successful completion of the 2-year program ensures a comprehensive understanding of the Finance organization and its priorities, positioning graduates as strong candidates for roles within the Finance department.
