About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2027 Finance Analyst Rotational Program within the Finance organization. Wells Fargo’s Finance organization is responsible for driving the company’s financial management activities including accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, line of business finance support, treasury and tax management. The group also supports the company’s investment portfolios, regulator interactions and production of external materials for earnings releases and investor meetings. The Finance Analyst Rotational Program is a two-year, early career development program designed to provide recent college graduates with rotational experience across Wells Fargo’s Finance organization. As an analyst, you’ll participate in two one-year rotations focused on building leadership skills and business acumen while gaining exposure to the various Finance leadership and functions at Wells Fargo. Upon completion of the program, analysts will be equipped with the tools, knowledge and network necessary to identify and transition into their next role within the organization. Program participants will have the opportunity to support and engage with the teams below during their rotation: Consumer Banking and Lending Finance, Wealth & Investment Management Finance, Commercial Banking Finance, Corporate & Investment Banking Finance, Corporate & Strategic Finance, Chief Operating Office Finance, Investment Portfolio, Technology Finance, Treasury, Controllers Division, Investor Relations. This role provides opportunities for: Ownership of key finance routines focused on developing core skills and a working knowledge of the organization, Targeted classroom training, self-study assignments and workshops, Consistent networking and exposure to leadership and program alumni, Strategic problem solving and collaboration with peers and leadership in Finance and the Line of Business, Interaction with internal stakeholders such as Investor Relations.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Finance, Accounting, Business /Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Applied Math or Business Administration/Business Management with an expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Successful completion of 2026 Finance Summer Internship Program
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Basic proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools
  • Familiarity with AI powered productivity tools (such as chat based assistants and built in features like Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday tasks including research, organizing information, and creating presentations with a strong interest in learning and using these tools responsibly
  • Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into insights, visualize findings, learn quickly, adapt to change, and support innovative finance decisions
  • Ability to execute with urgency, drive operational excellence, and apply an enterprise mindset to support efficient, business-focused finance operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster an inclusive environment and actively seek and apply feedback
