About The Position

Key's Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program designed to provide interns with meaningful work, feedback, coaching, and engaging events to foster interest in a full-time career at Key post-graduation. Interns participate in line-of-business specific projects, network with Key teammates, attend Learning Labs with speakers on various topics, and are assigned a mentor. The Finance organization acts as a strategic partner, providing financial insights and analysis. The Controllership function, a subset of Finance, is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data, as well as preparing and submitting regulatory reports. The Finance/Accounting internship offers hands-on experience with projects within the Finance organization, assigning interns to specific teams to work on deliverables, ad hoc projects, and presentations. Interns also gain networking opportunities with the Finance Leadership team and professionals, and participate in training and events to broaden their skills and network.

Requirements

Graduating with a four-year degree or graduate level degree by May 2028 with focused coursework in finance, accounting, economics and/or data science (preferred)
Outstanding academic achievement (minimum 3.2 GPA)
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Not eligible for employment visa sponsorship (e.g., H-1B visa), including temporary work authorization like CPT, OPT that would require H-1B sponsorship later.
