About The Position

Join Nestlé USA, a company with a rich portfolio of beloved brands, in making a meaningful impact on the world by unlocking different perspectives and driving innovation. This 10-12 week paid internship program allows you to lead a significant business project from start to finish, applying analytical and business knowledge in a real-world setting. You will be supported by a team including a project manager, buddy, and mentor. Projects are results-oriented and address current business challenges. The internship involves collaboration across business divisions, networking with senior management, and participation in social engagements with other interns. Additional activities provide insights into daily life at Nestlé USA. You will be expected to challenge ways of working, provide innovative ideas, and improve processes. At the end of the internship, you will present your work to senior leaders. This program is a direct feeder into Nestlé's full-time, 3.5-year Finance Management Trainee Program, with high-performing interns being offered the opportunity to join this program post-graduation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field to be completed between December 2027 and June 2028, or 5th year Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting, to be completed between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Related majors may include Economics, Business, Math, Supply Chain, Operations, and Industrial Engineering.
  • Available for a 10-12 week internship in Summer 2027.
  • Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
  • Self-starters who are results-oriented, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
  • Excellent communicators (both written and verbal) who encourage others and excel in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly, embrace change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing a career in Accounting & Finance within the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry.

  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above.
