About The Position
Launch your career with Sunrise’s Corporate Finance Analyst Rotational Program—a two-year opportunity designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience across Real Estate and Senior Housing finance. This program offers rotations through four key disciplines: Asset Management, FP&A, M&A, and Development. You’ll work directly with senior leaders, develop strong financial modeling skills, and present strategic insights that impact a multi-site portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree obtained in 2027 in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills required (Power BI a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Interest in real estate, investments, or senior living

Responsibilities
- Drive real estate value through performance analysis, CapEx budgeting, variance reporting, and owner presentations.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
- Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and market analysis for new partnerships and acquisitions.
- Build pro formas, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare investment presentations for new projects.
- Work directly with senior leaders.
- Develop strong financial modeling skills.
- Present strategic insights that impact a multi-site portfolio.
