About The Position

The Rotational Analyst Program is a two-year program designed for recent college graduates, starting in July 2027. It offers participants the chance to complete four six-month rotations across various teams and functions within Roivant Sciences and its portfolio of Vants. The program's goal is to identify, attract, and develop future leaders within the Roivant family by accelerating talent development. Analysts will be given ownership of projects from the outset and opportunities to make a significant impact. Now in its seventh year, the program has provided Rotational Analysts with demanding projects across diverse functions at Roivant and its Vants. Graduates of the program often transition into full-time roles at Roivant or its Vants, while others pursue advanced studies at top universities. Requirements

Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate university in the United States with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in the life sciences, business, economics, or a related quantitative field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Public Health).
Demonstrated interest or experience in healthcare, biotech, or the life sciences.
Track record of academic excellence; GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Willingness to relocate to New York, NY.
Authorization to work in the U.S. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship including STEM-OPT.

Responsibilities

Evaluate in-licensing opportunities to expand Roivant’s portfolio of life-changing medicines.
Perform literature reviews to identify indication expansion opportunities in support of Vants.
Develop strategies to accelerate clinical trial recruitment.
Create an investor deck, in partnership with key executives, for a Phase 3 clinical trial readout.
