About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience while meeting individual and team sales goals. Associates receive training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development. The role may also include assisting the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
