About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to contribute to a strong sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves helping customers express themselves through merchandise while building a financially rewarding career through training and advancement opportunities.

Key Sales Associates engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections, present merchandise and explain its features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the sales team to provide a superior experience and meet individual and team sales goals. They may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
