About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers express themselves and celebrate meaningful moments by delivering a superior customer experience. The role includes understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement from within. Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

- Base pay of $15.00–$16.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate is determined by experience and qualifications.
