About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience through attentive sales service, product knowledge, and teamwork. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement through promotion from within. It provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills to support career development. Compensation is $16.90–$19.00 base pay plus sales commission; the final rate depends on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
