About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience through attentive sales service, product knowledge and teamwork. Key Sales Associates may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge and career development, and maintains a promotion-from-within philosophy.

Requirements

• Commitment to excellence, a desire to grow, and the ability to provide a superior customer experience.
• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
