About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its sales team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate and express themselves by delivering a superior customer experience, supporting sales goals, and working collaboratively with the team. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. Training is provided in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills to support career development.

Requirements

• One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
