About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its sales team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate and express themselves by providing an outstanding customer experience. The role includes understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.

Responsibilities
