About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its sales team. The Key Sales Associate contributes to a strong customer experience by understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. The associate works with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.

One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
Offer extended service plans and financing options.
Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Base pay of $15.00–$19.70 plus sales commission; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
