About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its sales team. The Key Sales Associate engages customers to understand their needs, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, offers extended service plans and financing options, and works with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within.
Requirements
- Commitment to excellence, desire to grow, and ability to provide a superior customer experience.
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
