About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate and express themselves by delivering a superior customer experience. The role includes engaging customers to understand their needs and objections, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, collaborating with the sales team, and meeting individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement through promotion from within. Training is provided in sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to support career growth. The listed base pay is $20.82–$21.00 plus sales commission; final pay depends on experience and qualifications.
