About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, contributing to individual and team sales goals, and working collaboratively with the sales team. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, with opportunities for advancement through its promotion-from-within philosophy.

Requirements

One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
Offer extended service plans and financing options.
Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Base pay of $17.13–$18.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
