About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to individual and team sales goals. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, and offering extended service plans and financing options. Key Sales Associates work with the sales team and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.
Requirements

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.

- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

- Base pay of $17.13–$19.00 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
