About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a driven, creative, and customer-focused Key Sales Associate. The role centers on helping customers find merchandise that meets their needs while delivering a superior shopping experience. Associates present product features and benefits, offer extended service plans and financing options, and work with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The position may also involve assisting the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company offers training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within. Compensation is $17.13–$18.00 base pay plus sales commission; the final rate depends on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
