About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to support an outstanding customer experience and help customers celebrate and express themselves. The role includes engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to achieve sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within. The posted base pay is $15.92–$16.20, plus sales commission; final pay depends on experience and qualifications.
