About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is hiring a Key Sales Associate to contribute to a superior customer experience and help customers celebrate and express themselves. The role involves engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide customers with a superior experience.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
