About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to deliver a superior customer experience and help customers express themselves. The role focuses on understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and promotes advancement from within.
Requirements

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.

- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
