About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate and express themselves through an outstanding retail experience. The role focuses on engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and supporting individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, advancement, and promotion from within. The position offers base pay of $15.92–$16.20 plus sales commission; the final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
