About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to help customers celebrate and express themselves. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience through continuous training, product knowledge, and teamwork. Key Sales Associates may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The position offers base pay of $17.27–$19.00 plus sales commission; final pay is determined by experience and qualifications.

- One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
