About The Position
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate and express themselves by providing a strong customer experience, presenting merchandise, and supporting sales goals. The role may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career-development skills, and promotes advancement from within. The position offers base pay of $17.00–$19.70 plus sales commission; the final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications. Certain benefits are limited to full-time team members.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.

- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
