About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate and express themselves by delivering a superior customer experience. The role includes engaging customers to understand their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities
