About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to support a strong team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and its features and benefits, and offering service plans and financing options. The associate works with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other career-development skills, and promotes advancement from within.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
Present merchandise and provide detailed information about its features and benefits.
Offer extended service plans and financing options.
Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
