About The Position

Requirements
- One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and develop personal sales through proactive selling techniques, client-book use, and customer tracking and profiling.
- Understand how and when to close a sale, and stay aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
- Provide a positive, lasting customer impression and an above-and-beyond level of service; follow through on customer commitments and maintain current knowledge of service standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional standards with customers, peers, and management; demonstrate effective communication and appropriate floor presence.
- Maintain client-book profiles and inform customers about upcoming events and return and exchange policies.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
- Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
- Communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
- Maintain professional dress and personal grooming standards.
- Participate in product knowledge seminars, learn new product designs, and educate customers about HUGO BOSS products and lifestyles.
- Support opening store operations.
