About The Position

HUGO BOSS is hiring a Key Holder for its BOSS Outlet at National Harbor. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder contributes to sales goals through proactive selling, client-book development, and customer follow-up; maintains a high standard of customer service and professional conduct; supports merchandising and back-stock maintenance; and performs opening store operations. The role also requires current product knowledge and communicating product and lifestyle information to customers. Requirements

One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals and develop personal trade through proactive sales techniques, client-book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
Understand when and how to close a sale and remain aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
Create a positive, lasting customer impression and provide a high level of customer service.
Maintain professional standards and a positive attitude with customers, peers, and management; follow through on customer commitments.
Maintain an up-to-date client book and knowledge of customer service standards.
Generate ideas for better serving customers and inform them about upcoming events.
Understand and communicate return and exchange policies.
Assist with re-merchandising and maintain back stock.
Maintain communication with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
Maintain professional dress and personal grooming standards.
Participate in product knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of current product designs, products, and lifestyles to customers.
Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
Perform opening store operations.
