About The Position

HUGO BOSS is hiring a full-time Key Holder for its BOSS Outlet in Woodbridge. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder develops customer relationships and sales, maintains product knowledge and professional standards, and supports store operations, including opening procedures.

Requirements

One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated strong customer-service and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals and stay aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales targets.
Develop personal sales through proactive selling, client-book use, and client tracking and profiling.
Demonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a lasting, positive impression.
Maintain professional standards and follow through on commitments to customers.
Stay current on customer-service standards and proactively identify ways to better serve customers.
Inform customers about upcoming events and explain return and exchange policies.
Maintain a client book profile book.
Demonstrate knowledge of alteration procedures.
Assist with re-merchandising and maintain back stock.
Communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
Maintain professional dress and personal grooming standards.
Participate in product knowledge seminars and educate customers about products, designs, and lifestyles.
Support opening store operations.
