About The Position

The Key Holder helps convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The role focuses on developing sales and customer relationships, maintaining professional service standards, sharing product knowledge, supporting merchandising and stockroom operations, and carrying out opening store operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.

Responsibilities

Develop personal sales through proactive selling techniques, use of a client book, and client tracking and profiling.
Achieve sales goals and understand annual, monthly, and daily sales targets.
Demonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.
Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers, and demonstrate strong floor presence through greeting, posture, poise, and image projection.
Use basic communication skills and maintain professional standards with customers, peers, and management.
Create a lasting positive impression and provide a high level of customer service, including following through on commitments and generating ideas to better serve customers.
Maintain current knowledge of customer service standards and communicate return and exchange policies.
Inform customers about upcoming events.
Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
Communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
Maintain professional dress and personal grooming standards.
Participate in product knowledge seminars and stay informed about the company’s latest product designs.
Educate customers about HUGO BOSS products and lifestyles.
Perform opening store operations.
Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
