About The Position

Requirements
- 2–3 years of Specialty Retail Sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

- BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities

- Drive business with the merchant group and address problems as they arise.

- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Assist with implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
- Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS Health & Safety standards.
- Present merchandise in a way that showcases the brand and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
