About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Key Holder for its BOSS Store in Clarksburg. The role helps create an exceptional customer shopping experience, represent the brand through engaging merchandise presentations, and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder contributes to sales goal achievement, customer service, product education, store presentation, and opening store operations. Employees are expected to maintain professional standards and a positive attitude, develop customer relationships and sales, stay knowledgeable about products and service standards, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Requirements
- One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and develop personal trade through proactive sales techniques, client book use, and client tracking and profiling.
- Demonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.
- Create a positive impression through customer greetings, friendly posture, poise, and professional presentation.
- Maintain an active client book and stay aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
- Understand general alteration procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, follow through on commitments, and maintain current knowledge of customer service standards.
- Generate ideas for improving customer service and inform customers about upcoming events.
- Explain return and exchange policies.
- Assist with re-merchandising and maintain back stock.
- Communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
- Maintain professional attire and high personal grooming standards.
- Participate in product knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of new product designs, products, and lifestyles to customers.
- Perform opening store operations.
