About The Position

Fossil Group is seeking a Third Key Holder for Watch Station. This role is focused on serving as an enthusiastic product expert, adapting to changing business needs, and helping deliver an exceptional store experience. The Key Holder observes and listens to the team, recognizes and coaches team members, aligns daily activities with business needs, and takes action to achieve sales goals. Requirements

1–2 years of retail experience; fashion retail experience is preferred.
Passion for upholding an exceptional internal and external customer experience.
Professionalism and sophistication in the role.
A team-centric leadership approach that motivates and inspires others.
Ability to build brand loyalty.
Genuine interest in helping people succeed.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
