About The Position
HUGO BOSS is seeking a Full Time Key Holder for its BOSS Outlet in Mebane. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder works to achieve sales goals, develop customer relationships, maintain professional service standards, share product knowledge, and support store operations, including opening procedures.
Requirements
- One to two years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals and develop personal sales through proactive selling, client book use, and customer tracking and profiling.
- Understand how and when to close a sale.
- Create a positive impression through welcoming customer interactions, professional floor presence, and attentive service.
- Maintain client profile books and stay aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
- Follow through on customer commitments and maintain current knowledge of customer service standards.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service and proactively suggest ways to improve the customer experience.
- Inform customers of upcoming events and explain return and exchange policies.
- Assist with re-merchandising and maintain back stock.
- Communicate effectively with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
- Maintain professional dress and personal grooming standards.
- Participate in product knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of product designs, products, and lifestyles to customers.
- Perform opening store operations.
