About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Key Holder for its BOSS Outlet in Woodstock. The role helps convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through merchandise presentations, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder serves as a brand ambassador and contributes to a team focused on customer experience, sales, and store operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of alteration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals.
• Develop personal sales through proactive selling techniques, client-book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
• Understand how and when to close a sale.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers, and demonstrate an appropriate floor presence through greeting, posture, poise, and image projection.
• Maintain an active client book and stay aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
• Create a positive, lasting customer impression and provide service beyond expectations.
• Maintain professional standards with customers, peers, and management; follow through on commitments to customers; and stay current on customer-service standards.
• Generate ideas proactively to improve customer service and inform customers about upcoming events.
• Understand and communicate return and exchange policies.
• Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
• Communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
• Maintain professional dress and grooming standards; a uniform will be provided soon.
• Participate in product-knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of new product designs, products, and HUGO BOSS lifestyles to customers.
• Perform opening store operations.
