About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Full Time Key Holder for its BOSS Outlet in Mebane. The role represents the HUGO BOSS brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder helps achieve sales goals, build and maintain customer relationships, and provide knowledgeable, high-quality service. Responsibilities also include assisting with store operations, maintaining merchandise and back stock, and communicating with colleagues, management, corporate personnel, and customers.

Requirements

1–2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals and remain aware of annual, monthly, and daily sales targets.
Develop personal sales through proactive selling techniques, use of a client book, and active client tracking and profiling.
Understand how and when to close a sale.
Create a positive and lasting impression through welcoming floor presence, professional conduct, and excellent customer service.
Maintain customer relationships, follow through on commitments, communicate upcoming events, and explain return and exchange policies.
Keep current with customer service standards and proactively identify ways to better serve customers.
Demonstrate knowledge of alteration procedures.
Assist with re-merchandising and maintain back stock.
Communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
Maintain professional dress and personal grooming standards; a uniform will be provided soon.
Participate in product knowledge seminars and educate customers about product designs and HUGO BOSS products and lifestyles.
Perform opening store operations.
