Requirements

One to two years of specialty retail management experience.

Bachelor of Science or college degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals and develop personal sales through proactive techniques, client book use, and customer tracking and profiling.
Understand when and how to close sales and maintain awareness of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
Deliver exceptional, proactive customer service and create positive, lasting impressions.
Maintain professional standards and follow through on commitments to customers.
Stay current on customer service standards, return and exchange policies, upcoming events, and alteration procedures.
Maintain client book profiles and communicate with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
Maintain professional dress and grooming standards.
Participate in product knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of product designs, products, and lifestyles to customers.
Perform opening store operations.
