About The Position

The Key Holder represents HUGO BOSS and helps deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, merchandise presentation, and operational execution. The role supports sales goal achievement, builds customer relationships, maintains store standards, and contributes to positive operating profits. The position also includes opening store operations and requires maintaining professional standards and current knowledge of products, customer service, and store policies.

Requirements

1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals and develop personal sales through proactive techniques, client-book use, and client tracking and profiling.
Demonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale, and maintain awareness of annual, monthly, and daily sales goals.
Provide exceptional customer service, create positive and lasting customer impressions, and follow through on commitments to customers.
Maintain professional standards and positive communication with customers, peers, management, support staff, and corporate personnel.
Keep client book and profile information actively maintained; inform customers about upcoming events and communicate return and exchange policies.
Maintain current knowledge of customer service standards, products, product designs, and brand lifestyles; participate in product knowledge seminars and educate customers.
Assist with re-merchandising and maintain back stock.
Maintain professional dress and grooming standards; wear the provided uniform when available.
Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
Perform opening store operations.
