About The Position

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic, inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of The Cosmetic Company Store. The role involves leading by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and providing inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets. The Key Holder also handles start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and takes responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis. The position is part-time in Deer Park, New York. The anticipated hourly pay range is $19.39–$25.85, with the exact rate depending on factors including experience, skills, education, and budget. Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
